I ordered this to be sent to my elderly parents' home while I was staying with them, as they are finding it difficult to keep up with housekeeping as they age. I personally have/had two Dysons, an LG and a Tineco cordless vacuum sets. I ordered this one based on my experience with the others vs. cost, looking at power and battery life. It's okay, not as powerful as my LG that cost twice as much for the same basic set of attachments and two batteries, marginally better than the Tineco in terms of suction, but with less convenient features as it doesn't allow you to charge both batteries at once and requires you to change out the carpet and hard-floor heads, rather than coming with each mounted on its own head. I won't compare it with the Dysons because it's way cheaper and does the job well enough if used daily and the Dysons have their own problems enough that I won't buy another one anyway. So overall, it's adequate for keeping up with small messes on a daily basis, but not one that I'd buy again when my second Dyson gives up the ghost, which it is on the verge of, to use as a second replacement for my corded Bissell, along with the LG. Note, though, that we were using this one on mostly tile floors. At home I have mostly wood floors. So can't comment on how it works on carpet. It's not a bad set-up at all, so maybe it's just, you get what you pay for. If you want to use it mostly as a handheld with the crevice attachment to suck up dead bugs from the floor/windowsills and crumbs on the counter and floor, it is totally adequate.However I really don't like the way it stays on without holding the trigger button, and that it turns on max power if you press the trigger button again, so that you are more prone to running it on max by accident, and thereby running out of battery unexpectedly if you aren't totally paying attention. But that might just be because I'm used to having to hold/intentionally set the trigger button and power level on my others. So even after a few weeks of use, I was getting used to having to pay more attention and it got more automatic. But still a feature that I am glad my own vacuums don't have.Product arrived quickly and worked well as described. We bought this to replace the Dyson for which we paid $500+ and this ENSE works just as well but it comes with an ADDITIONAL BATTERY which can be switched when the one in the vac is exhausted. Instructions not clear regarding the filter, so I emailed them and got a quick response from Ashley. She also registered my vac and sent me 2 additional filters! Good service and so far, INSE vac works well as expected, even picking up all of the pet hair. I would buy again and thinking of giving this as a Christmas gift to my daughters.I was skeptical ordering a product from a company I had never heard of, but I am so glad I did. I have three cordless Hoover vacuums that I loved until I didn't. The dust filter canister is impossible to remove for cleaning - even using a hammer. I was definitely ready for an upgrade and was willing to spend more. The problem I have is that I have no wall space to hang a vacuum for charging, so I was delighted to find this Inse that does not need to be hung AND the battery can sit anywhere plugged into an outlet. I love that this comes with TWO batteries so that one can always be charging, and I love how light-weight this vacuum is. Very light. All the different tools are simple to snap into place. A big plus is how the top snaps off to become a handheld vacuum for the car, stairs, upholstery. Whatever. The dust canister and HEPA filter are simple to clean. Some reviewers complain about the suction, but mine works fine on floor and carpet. I have a heavy-duty plug-in vacuum for deep carpet cleaning, but the ease and convenience of this vacuum can't be beat. (P.S. It works on carpet for spot cleaning and quick clean ups, but is harder to push than on non carpeted areas. Easy to clean out and has attachments to turn it into a car vac or to get into tight spaces. I love that it comes with 2 pop out batteries which you can charge on your countertop and there's no need for one of those annoying wall mounts. Lightweight and easy to use and the lights at the bottom really illuminates the dirt making it easy to see.All my hours spent online searching for a cordless vacuum…were WORTH IT! I LOVE this cordless vacuum! It does my whole 1st floor on 1 battery. So easy to use, lightweight. I have hardwood, tile and carpet. It comes with 2 batteries and tools for every job! Save yourself time & buy this one!! It’s PERFECT!I don't know why we waited this long to buy a sweeper like this. We had a Kenmore canister sweeper, which I named STUPID which ran into walls, Baseboards,doors etc. So easy to use! Lightweight, goes under furniture and beds. Great suction power. Lightweight a plus!It works amazing and with 2 batteries have spotless wood floors, carpets, window sills, blinds! I highly recommend!Sorry folks. Time will tell
