Recently got a 3d printer for Christmas and have been LOADING up on filament (Bambu Lab, Sunlu, Esun, Cookiecad, random cardboard spools). I don't have a lot of space in my home so I needed a solution that would allow me to store the filament by a window with a lot of sunlight. It seemed like this company is the only one that addressed this problem so I purchased. The vaccum that it comes with is surprisingly strong and quick. It may seem counter intuitive but press the vaccum on the seal and make sure the seal is on a flat surface. It should take 30 seconds max to suck all the air out. The ziplock type seal is strong and this product has been performing perfectly. My only complaint is that I wish I could buy more bags without the vaccum being included. I repurchased and now I have extra vaccums with no purpose (yet bc now I can figure something out with my new 3d printer haha).I had an issue with a bag leak and customer service responded quickly and sent me another without any hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase here knowing that they are so supportive.
