Thermos 16oz Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug - Keeps Drinks Hot/Cold for Hours - Perfect for Coffee, Tea, Hiking, Camping & Office Use

It doesn’t hold the drink hot for very long compared to other similar products. It may stay hot for about 3-4 hours.Good thing is it doesn’t have any weird taste. Overall it’s a great product if you don’t expect your drink to stay hot for half a day.PROS1. Seems study2. Retains heat and cold well3. Spill proof4. Fits under my KerigCONS1. There is no way use the handle and drink with your left hand2. The lid and handle are one unit, not sure how this will work for future wear and tear3. Kind of priceyI like the design of this for it's size, shape and handle as part of the lid design. There are a couple of things I don't care for that make this a 4 though. - The design of the lid is a bit off, and the placement of the hole in the lid is small so even with a full container you have to lift the cup further than should be necessary to get liquid to reach the hole. The hinged piece that flip s down to cover the hole does not stay open when having to tip the cup and will land on your nose. No amount of pressure to get it to lock to the lip of the lid has managed to keep it from flopping over. The other thing that I'm not thrilled with is the gasket ring being rather thin and, as instructions say, should be removed with each washing. Not sure how durable this critical piece will be over time.This my third or fourth 22oz coffee thermos mug from THERMOS, This is NOT because they wear out. It is because I loose them. Usually flying off the rear bumper of a previous truck or jeep down the road some where. I once managed to recover that flew off the edge of a parking lot into the dirt beside my office. It was pretty beat up but still worked great. I will keep buying them until they are discontinued. Love this mug, plenty big and did I mention it keeps the coffee hotWe have other vacuum-insulated mugs that will keep coffee hot for several hours, but I was looking for one with a handle. A handle is not normally necessary for a vacuum-insulated mug, but there are often times I need to use both hands, and there isn't a flat place to set anything down. This mug is perfect. The handle being part of the lid means the cup doesn't tip as much when a full mug is hung from a branch, fence, belt, pocket, or whatever. The flip lid seals completely, with no leaks, and is more convenient to use than many spill-proof designs. Overall, this mug is noticeably smaller than other high-quality vacuum-insulated mugs that hold the same volume, but has proven to keep coffee hot just as long as larger mugs that should have more insulation. This mug easily fits under a K-cup brewer, where some of the others do not. I have one observation that seems to be true for ALL travel mugs, so I didn't remove a star. The vent hole for all travel mugs is always too small. One drop of liquid, plugs the vent, and the drink won't pour. If the vent is drilled out to around 1/16" the mug flows much better, and still seals perfectly.I love this Mug ..BUT i ONLY use it inside the house & around my yard, instead using use that good ole ceramic coffee mugs, such as coffee gets cold less then 10 minutes , this MUG keep it piping HOT all morning for me with REAL EASY to clean lid , This is old yearssss ago made & model Mug never got updated it ..so the LID is NOT %100 sealed ..leaks here & there sometimes from the lid ..NOT call it as TRAVEL mug ...but is GREAT using it as regular coffee mug around the home like i do & loving it!Works great great for my morning coffeeI have 3 complaints right now in descending order.1: The opening to drink from is far too small for my taste. Basically the cafeine transfer doesn't happen quick enough.2. The air hole is so small and close to the drink hole that it often gets clogged, making the coffee come out slower until you remove the liquid in the air hole.3. This one is incredibly minor but it's still there. When you tighten the lid all the way the handle and Tie Fighters don't line up like in the promo picture.Other than those minor things I really like this cup. It keeps my drinks hot far longer than any other cup I've had, and my cold drink cool even when I leave it in the car during summer in Arizona. I would still highly recommend getting it. I do hope that they make a design with OT Ties in the future.The product has started to leak heavily on 3rd day only. It doesn't look like the original product. The gasket on the top seems to be made of very poor quality. It took me some time to use it but now Amazon wont accept any return on the product.Honest Advice - Buy something else, this one is just waste of money.Excelente, tengo con el más de 5 años, conserva todo frío o caliente, se me ha caído, lo he abollado, no tira ni gotea, solo revisar que el sello esté bien colocado en la tapa, me gusta tanto que ya he regalado 5, y a todos les ha gustado y funcionado perfecto... espero sigan produciendo lo, porque al parecer lo han descontinuado y este thermo de uso rudo funciona perfecto.the lid didn't fit well, and didn't seal properly... I found that it felt cheaper then I was expecting... I love all of my other products from Thermos, but this one was not going to do the trick...I hope they come out with a better version soon though because the size would be awesome if it worked!Gran calidad, muy practico y facil de lavar. Conserva la bebida caliente por 7 horas sin problema. El modelo más practico de THERMOSStayed hot 4hrs later which was what I was hoping for.Unfortunately the only issue is that this is a right-handed mug so you cannot drink from it using your left hand. Almost perfect.
