It is small and quiet and got great suction power! The dust container we clean about once a week but use the robot every day. Our house is with hard floor but we have few area rugs. They are slowing dow the robot but it never stops.update 05/10/20. The robot still works OK but I have problems finding spare side brushes. The manufacture sent two spare ones with the vacuum but they are already worn out and can't find replacements. There is no phone or Email to contact Customer Service and the only thing is Costway App for IOS or Android which only sells new assembled products.I tried Google , Ebay and all possible sources with no luck.I even ordered twice spare side brushes for other brands but they did not work . Looks like you buy this vacuum and use it until brushes wear out and then simply scrap it ! It is too expensive for throwaway piece of junk !I think it is time Amazon to take on the suppliers which don't provide any customer support , parts or service !This robot vacuum was a great disappointment. Truly. It would CHARGE through things, but pick up very little along the way. Every time I turned it on, I would have to move all of the pet bowls because the vacuum would crash into these heavy, glass bowls with reckless abandon. It would wedge itself in between things that it should have known not to squeeze into (sensor?). I found myself babysitting it. It was slow to recognize walls, too. It reminded me of how I move when I am in an unfamiliar space & it is pitch black. I suppose it's capable of picking up microscopic bits of surface dust, but it seems to have trouble with anything actually visible to the naked eye. It also has trouble with taking care of more than .5mm of depth in any given surface. I gave every, single setting a good, college try. I desperately wanted it to work out, so I took the time. But it is, by far, the worst vacuum I have ever bought.I got a cordless, rechargeable vacuum in another brand/seller & tried it out at the same time. It is ASTOUNDING how much stuff this robot vacuum missed that the other vacuum sucked up without issue.I am glad that I returned it. On a side note, I did not test it with Alexa, so I rated that part 5 stars for the sake of giving the benefit of the doubt.This little thing works hard. The instructions are hard to follow and could more user friendly. Cats like the little robo cleaner. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to save money and have a little cleaning done during the week.Update to 3 stars as the unit is still going, after rebuilding the copper charger contact strips that wore off when hitting the things like thresholds. Solder repair works good for strips Need more side brushes ,Costway! Please offer them as spare parts with the hepa filter...The software is a little screwy. I try and keep tabs on it as it’s working, but it does some inconsistent things. It’s not a play and leave it. But it mops and it’s cheap.Works well enough although it does get stuck once or twice under furniture every time I use it.I like this robot vacumm. It cleans up hair , dust even the jelly beans my kids drop in the floor. It helps me clean up the area where hard to clean such as under bed , table and desk. We’ve been used it every evening. Save me a lot time. It can run up to 2 hours after each charging. Love it. My new helper.The suctioning is not the greatest. This also will not go back to base.
