Eva Solo 1-Liter Wide Base Vacuum Insulated Jug - Black | Thermal Coffee Carafe for Home & Office | Keeps Beverages Hot or Cold for Hours

I purchased this to replace my Leifheit Columbus Carafe Leifheit 1-Liter Columbus 28300 Insulated Carafe, white/black when it broke. I liked that one but the shape made it less stable which was not an issue BK (before kids) but it became a big issue AK (after kids). It was knocked on it's side a lot. The last straw was when I left it too close to the edge of the counter and our newest family member Dexter The Wonder Cat jumped up on the counter and easily knocked it over onto the floor. It fell hard shattering the glass liner.Looked for another vacuum carafe with a shape that would ensure stability. My friend has the Eva Solo vacuum jug Eva Solo Vacuum Jug, 1-Liter, White I liked the design but I did not want white and it was slender and I was concerned about stability. I searched on Amazon and found the Wide Base Vacuum Jug in black.It works well and keeps beverages hot for 12 hours and warm for 24. I love the sleek design it fits right in with my stainless steel kitchen. The wide base is a big improvement from our previous Leifheit carafe. It has not been knocked over once and I am not always scrambling to move it away from the kids.Made of quality materials, looks good, and works even better! It's a great buy.
